1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling‑Off Period)

1.1 Cooling‑off period – If you purchase a product from Narow.eu as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. This right stems from EU consumer protection law and allows you to cancel the purchase and return the goods for a refund.

1.2 How to exercise the right of withdrawal – To withdraw from your purchase, you must notify Narow of your decision within the 14‑day period (e.g., via email or through our online return portal). You then have 14 additional days to return the goods to us. The goods should be sent back in their original packaging, along with all accessories and proof of purchase. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless Narow has agreed to cover these costs.

1.3 Condition of the goods – You may handle and inspect the goods during the cooling‑off period to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a physical store. However, if you assemble, install or use the product beyond what is necessary for such assessment and this results in wear or damage, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods. We reserve the right to reduce your refund accordingly or refuse the return if the product is no longer saleable.

2. Returns Not Accepted

2.1 Products with signs of assembly or damage – We do not accept returns of products that have been assembled or modified by the customer where such assembly has caused damage, scratches, missing parts or other signs of use. EU law states that consumers are liable for diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning. If a product is returned damaged due to improper assembly or installation, we may decline the return or deduct an amount from the refund to reflect the loss in value.

2.2 Custom‑made or personalised products – Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal (e.g., special colour combinations or engravings). These items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

2.3 Health, hygiene and sealed goods – For reasons of health or hygiene protection, sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., helmets, protective gear) are not eligible for return.

2.4 Digital products and downloads – Once digital content has been delivered and you have expressly agreed to the immediate delivery and acknowledged that you waive your right of withdrawal, it cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

3.1 Notification – Contact our customer service at info@narow.eu within the applicable return period. Provide your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for returning it.

3.2 Packaging – Pack the product securely, including all original parts, documentation and accessories. Ensure that the product cannot move inside the packaging to prevent transport damage.

3.3 Shipping – You are responsible for the return shipment and its costs unless the product is faulty or not as described. For high‑value items we recommend using a trackable shipping method; you remain responsible until we receive the goods.

3.4 Inspection and refund – After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. If it is unused, undamaged and complete, we will issue a refund of the purchase price (including standard shipping costs paid during purchase) within 14 days. If the product shows signs of assembly, installation or other use beyond what is necessary, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to cover the loss in value, or we may decline the return in accordance with section 2.

4. Faulty or Non‑Conforming Products

4.1 Legal guarantee – All products sold by Narow.eu come with a statutory legal guarantee. If your product is defective, faulty or not as described, you have the right to request repair, replacement or a refund. This guarantee is separate from the cooling‑off period and applies for at least two years under EU law.

4.2 Reporting defects – If you receive a product that is defective or damaged on arrival, please inform us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photographs of the defect or damage along with your order number.

4.3 Repair or replacement – If the defect is covered by the legal guarantee, we will offer to repair or replace the product at no cost. If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, we may offer a full or partial refund.
